The vision for what would become Top 'Em Off Customs LLC was first born on New Year’s Eve in 2004. What began as a heartfelt conversation about using our God-given gifts to bring joy to others—one birthday, anniversary, holiday, or “just because” moment at a time—took root and began to grow. It wasn't until three years later that those dreams would start becoming reality.

Baking has always been a part of my life. As a child, I watched my mother and grandmother create sweet treats for every holiday, sharing them with friends and family as an act of love. In September 2008, just before Hurricane Ike made landfall, I was asked to make my very first wedding cake. I completed it the day before the storm hit—and from that moment on, with the continued support of family, friends, and loyal customers, this business truly began to flourish.

Formerly known as Blessed Hands Bakery, Top 'Em Off Customs LLC is proudly owned and operated by me, Cassandra Mitchell. I’m a self-taught baker and lifelong crafter with a passion for detail, creativity, and excellence. What started as a hobby quickly revealed itself to be both a calling and a gift. Today, I continue to create quality cakes, sweet treats, and handcrafted designs that bring the perfect finishing touch—what I call the Top 'Em Off effect—to every special occasion.
